Correctover — AI Reliability

This host exposes an x402-paid CCS receipt verification endpoint at POST /api/verify.

1. POST a CCS receipt (JSON) with no payment header → receive 402 Payment Required.
2. Pay the quoted Base-chain USDC authorization and retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE.
3. Receive an independently verifiable, Ed25519-signed verdict receipt.

Protocol discovery resources under /.well-known/ are reserved for a later release.
